Pawfect Snacks currently only ships within the United States.

Our order processing time generally takes 1 day to 1 business week depending on the amount of orders. All orders are shipped Monday through Saturday from Palos Heights, IL, United States. We do our best to drop orders off for shipping within 1-5 days of the order being received. Estimated delivery times do not include weekends, national holidays, postal delays, or our order processing time.

Please note that once an order is processed, we are unable to change any details surrounding the purchase, such as the shipping address, payment information and order details. Please ensure all of your information is correct before placing an order. If you made an error, please email us as soon as possible at pawfectsnacks@gmail.com (we will try our best, but it's not guaranteed that we will be able to make any changes).

Orders of $50+ in the US enjoy free shipping! Discounts excluded in the total.

Packages are couriered and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage for US orders.
